The EASY WAY to EAT CLEAN

 

  • Drink WATER ONLY (Black Coffee and Black/Green Tea are just fine)

  • Eat LOTS OF VEGGIES

  • Eat WHOLE FRUIT - remember fruit juice is not on the list for acceptable drinks

  • Eat lean protein at almost every meal

  • Make as much of your own food as possible!!! GO TO THE GROCERY STORE Frequently - even for a quick lunch its a better option than most restaurants

  • Have your startches “breads, pastas, grains, beans, etc” earlier in the day! - make your last meal protein and vegetables

  • Cut out MOST Condiments (no creamy dressings, mayo, ketchup, mustards) - have fresh lemon, lime, little olive oil, and spices (light on salt) do the seasoning!

  • NO JUNK - its FIVE DAYS stay away from cakes, cookies, chips, fries, candy, fast food...YOU KNOW WHAT JUNK IS...SAY NO!
